Q. What flavors and fillings do you offer?

Q. What forms of payment do you take?

A. Cash and most credit cards using PayPal. We also accept checks but there will be a waiting period for the check to clear before we can reserve your date. This is usually 7 to 10 business days. Note: orders by check need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes we do. Starting from $15.00. Generally clients will pickup smaller cakes, but Maidy’s Cakes does not recommend pickups for cakes over 2 tiers tall or 3D cakes. Maidy’s Cakes is not responsible for any damage that may occur to any client transporting their cake once it has left our location. Pickups are available from Monday – Friday 10am-7pm. Saturdays 9am-1pm. and Sundays 9am-11AM. There will be a late pickup charge of $10.00 per every additional hour no exceptions.

Q. How much time before an event do I need to place the order?

A. At least 1 week in advance would be great. If paying be check at least 2 weeks to allow check to clear. For Weddings and Sweet sixteen events at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. There will a surcharge for any order made within 3 days notice and require payment in full for rush orders.

Q. Can the cake be shipped?

A. Sorry, at this time there are no shipping methods for these types of cakes.

Q. How can I place an order?

Q. Do you do tastings?

A. Yes we do. There is a $20.00 non-refundable deposit; the deposit will have to be made 3 days before the tasting to confirm and reserve the date and time. If an order is placed then the deposit will be credited to your order.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. Yes. All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. Payment may be made by check, PayPal or cash (we recommend payment at the time the order is placed). Your order is Not confirmed until the 50% deposit has been made. If you are paying by check, your order will Not be confirmed until the check has cleared, there is a 7 to 10 business day waiting period for this process keep that in mind when paying by check. The remainder (50%) is due at least 3 days prior to the event (if paying by check, at least 7 to 10 business days is required). Special arrangements can be made. In the event of a bounced check, an additional  $25.00 surcharge will be applied to your bill. Cash will be the only form of payment accepted in this case. Orders placed with less than 3 days notice require payment in full.

Note: There will be no full refunds on orders canceled within 2 business days of the event.

Q. What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website?

A. Just because it’s not on our website, does not mean that it can’t be created. You can send us pictures or we can sketch the idea for you. We assure you that the end product will be exactly or even exceed your expectations.
